Tansi! My name is Ms.Spencer, I am originally from Saskatchewan, and a member of the Peter Ballantyne Cree Nation. I graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 2006 earning my Bachelor's in Education. Most recently I went on to further my education through the University of Alberta, I will convocate in November 2022, and earn a Master's in Education. My years of teaching have always been in a First Nations setting. I have taught a variety of grades and have always appreciated the experience. I enjoy connecting with students through a land-based approach. 

Some of my favourite things to do include - camping, fishing, traveling, cooking, and baking with my kids! 

I am excited to share ideas with elders, leadership,  parents, and community members on how we can achieve positive outcomes for our students.
