Mrs. Nicole Fitzpatrick

PE Teacher

Nicole is a big kid at heart, a mom of 2, auntie, gardener, crafter, wife, traveller, and outdoor enthusiast.

She has been working with children and adult learners since 2008. Nicole earned a degree in Elementary Education from the University of Alberta and a Diploma in Early Learning and Child Care from MacEwan University.

Nicole taught in Edmonton and in Fort McMurray focusing primarily on kindergarten, grade 3, and grade 4. Nicole grew up playing sports and continues to participate in a variety of recreational activities.

Nicole has travelled to 14 countries which have enriched her worldview, appreciation for culture, and passion for food and music. She taught English in her homeland of Poland, volunteered in South Africa, and studied abroad in Ghana, West Africa.

Nicole values spending time with family, bringing in nature, exploring new places, and prioritizing experiences that support her well-being.

Nicole is planning a physical education program that focuses on skills and games, including cultural games and indigenous sports.
